No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Eirene Means Peace

Effective Date: January 9, 2026

This policy applies to all purchases made from Eirene Means Peace, including purchases made through our Shopify store, social media platforms, pop-ups, and any authorized sales channels.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Eirene Means Peace does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or offer store credit under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, the transaction cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed.

No Refunds or Exchanges — No Exceptions

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size, fit, color, or style selection

  • Personal dissatisfaction with fabric, materials, or appearance

  • Failure to review product descriptions, size charts, or images

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes

  • Shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but claimed as missing or stolen

  • Orders placed using an unauthorized payment method

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all order details are correct prior to completing checkout.

Sizing, Fit & Product Variations

As a clothing brand, Eirene Means Peace provides size charts, measurements, and product imagery for reference only.

Please note:

  • Fit may vary based on body type and personal preference

  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings

  • Minor variations in stitching, print placement, or fabric texture are normal and do not constitute defects

These factors do not qualify an order for a return, refund, or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Limited Notification Window)

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or incorrect due to an error on our part, you must contact us within three (3) calendar days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

To be considered, you must provide:

  • A written description of the issue

  • Clear, unedited photographs of the item and original packaging

Failure to contact us within the three (3) day window will result in automatic denial of the claim.

Important:
Submission or approval of a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or exchange. Any resolution offered is at the sole discretion of Eirene Means Peace.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, Eirene Means Peace is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Carrier confirmation marked as “delivered” constitutes proof of delivery for Shopify and payment-processor disputes.

Unauthorized Payments

By completing a purchase, the customer represents that they are authorized to use the payment method provided or have obtained permission from the authorized cardholder.

Eirene Means Peace is not responsible for purchases made using a payment method without authorization, including use by a minor without permission. Such disputes must be resolved with the payment provider or issuing bank.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a transaction that complies with this policy constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to:

  • Contest chargebacks with supporting evidence

  • Restrict future purchases

  • Recover associated fees where permitted by law

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Eirene Means Peace, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Returns & No Refunds Policy in full.
