Shipping Policy

Eirene Means Peace

Effective Date: January 9, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Eirene Means Peace through our Shopify store and any authorized sales channels.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within up to seven (7) business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.

Weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, and operational delays may extend processing times. Eirene Means Peace does not guarantee same-day or next-day processing.

Shipping Timeframes & Transit

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier:

  • Delivery timelines are outside of our control

  • Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, customs, or peak seasons

Eirene Means Peace is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for:

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Refused packages

  • Returned or undeliverable shipments

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Eirene Means Peace is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Orders affected by address issues are not eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Eirene Means Peace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery for Shopify and payment-processor disputes. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, customers must contact us within three (3) calendar days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

Claims must include:

  • A written explanation of the issue

  • Clear, unedited photographs of the item and original packaging

Claims submitted after three (3) days will be automatically denied. Any resolution offered is at the sole discretion of Eirene Means Peace and does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Eirene Means Peace is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or clearance.

Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Eirene Means Peace, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy in full.
