Eirene Means Peace

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services operated by Eirene Means Peace (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our website or placing an order through Shopify, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or purchase our products.

1. Use of Website & Payment Authorization

By placing an order through our Shopify store, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided, or

  • You have obtained express permission from the authorized cardholder or account holder to complete the transaction

Eirene Means Peace does not verify the age or identity of individuals placing orders and is not responsible for purchases made using a payment method without authorization.

Any unauthorized use of a payment method, including use by a minor without permission, is the sole responsibility of the cardholder. Any disputes arising from such use must be resolved directly with the payment provider or issuing financial institution.

This clause is consistent with Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal authorization requirements.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per order or customer

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Variations in color, texture, sizing, and fit may occur due to screen displays, lighting, or manufacturing differences.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time

  • Correct errors in pricing or descriptions, even after an order is submitted

Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed through Shopify’s checkout system.

4. All Sales Final / No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final.

Eirene Means Peace does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances.

Our No Returns & No Refunds Policy is expressly incorporated into these Terms and applies to all Shopify transactions, including discounted or promotional purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Tracking confirmation marked as “delivered” by the carrier constitutes proof of delivery for Shopify disputes.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or incorrect due to our error, you must notify us within three (3) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

Claims must include:

  • A written description of the issue

  • Clear, unedited photographs of the item and original packaging

Failure to report within the three (3) day window results in automatic denial of the claim. Any resolution offered is at the sole discretion of Eirene Means Peace and does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website—including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, images, text, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Eirene Means Peace and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • Submit false claims or disputes

  • Attempt to bypass Shopify security features

  • Abuse chargeback or refund systems

Violations may result in order cancellation, permanent purchase bans, and legal action where applicable.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Eirene Means Peace directly to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks filed in violation of these Terms may result in:

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

  • Submission of transaction records, delivery confirmation, and policy acknowledgments to Shopify and payment processors

  • Recovery of associated fees where permitted by law

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eirene Means Peace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use the website or products

  • Shipping delays or delivery issues

  • Customer dissatisfaction or fit preferences

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eirene Means Peace, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Unauthorized use of a payment method

  • Your violation of applicable laws

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Shopify store or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
